‘The Only Difference Is You Can’t Visit Hospital’, Sonakshi Sinha Talks About The Rumors of Being Pregnant

Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal have been in the headlines ever since their wedding announcement. First, the couple was heavily trolled for their inter-religious marriage. However, keeping the trolls aside, Sonakshi and Zaheer got married on June 23 in a civil court ceremony in Bandra in the presence of their family and close friends. This was followed by a grand wedding reception attended by many celebrities. On the other hand, Sonakshi and Zaheer were seen visiting a hospital in Mumbai on the previous day, after which rumors of the actress being pregnant started spreading.

Now Sonakshi Sinha herself has broken her silence on these rumors, as well as taught a lesson to the netizens with the statement. Sonakshi is facing heavy trolls over her inter-religious marriage with Zaheer. The couple opted for a civil marriage which took place on June 23. A few days after their wedding, rumors about the couple spread on the internet that they were expecting their first child. Sonakshi is all set for the release of her upcoming horror comedy film ‘Kakuda’. In an interview during the promotion of her film, Sonakshi spoke about life after marriage to Zaheer Iqbal.

Sonakshi Sinha was questioned about life after marriage with Zaheer Iqbal. To which she replied, ‘The beauty of this relationship is that I feel pretty much the same as before. I am happy that my life was quite scheduled before marriage, and I am back to it. I am happy to be back to work.’ Sonakshi Sinha also spoke about the pregnancy rumors that surfaced on the internet. She said, ‘The only change is that now we cannot go to the hospital, because as soon as you come out, people think you are pregnant. That’s the only difference.’

On the work front, Sonakshi is known for her brilliant performances in film and OTT space. She was last seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s web series ‘Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar’. In the coming days, she will be seen in the horror-comedy film ‘Kakuda’ directed by Aditya Sarpotdar. The film also stars Riteish Deshmukh and Saqib Saleem in lead roles. The movie will hit the OTT platform ZEE5 on July 12.
