She went on to act in several critically acclaimed films, such as “Bazaar,” “Masoom,” and “Soni.” However, she is perhaps best known for her portrayal of the character Hansa Parekh in the hit TV series “Khichdi.” Her performance in the series was so impressive that it earned her several awards. the Filmfare award for best supporting actress.

Ratna Pathak Shah

Ratna Pathak Shah, Dina’s younger daughter, was born in 1957 in Mumbai. She made her acting debut in 1983 with the film “Mandi,” and since then, she has appeared in several notable films, including “Mirch Masala,” “Jaane Tu… Ya Jaane Na,” and “Khoobsurat.” She is a versatile actress who can effortlessly switch between comedy and drama. Her performances have earned her several awards, including the Indian Television Academy Awards for her role in the serial “Sarabhai vs Sarabhai.”
