The DMK government of Tamil Nadu has asked Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Prakash Javadekar to ban the release of ‘Season 2’. Tamil Nadu government in a letter quoted the season 2 as ‘condemnable, inappropriate and malicious.’

Rajya Sabha MP Mr. Vaiko has also written a letter in which he alleges that the sacrifices of the Eelam Tamil Community were wrongly shown in the web series. He also demands a ban on the release.
