She further added that there is a lot of groupism happening in the showbiz industry. You need to have some big contacts to establish yourself in the industry. TV actors are always looked down upon and discrimination often takes place between Bollywood and TV actors.

Erica has even faced many setbacks and discrimination in the showbiz industry. As of now, she has taken a break from her acting career. She said that she will return to television only when she gets good opportunities and different roles other than her previous work.  She sometimes gives some glimpses about her life through Instagram posts.
