Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan is in the custody of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) since last Saturday in a case related to drugs. A court in Mumbai on Monday extended Aryan’s custody till October 7. At the same time, in the meantime, while talking to the media about the whole matter, NCB Deputy DG Dnyaneshwar Singh said that the investigation of the whole case was fair and according to the law. On the questions being raised on the matter, Deputy DG Dnyaneshwar Singh said that some of the allegations leveled against the organization are baseless. The allegations seem to be fueled by malice and possible bias in retaliation for the earlier legal action taken by the NCB. During this, he also said that NCB reiterates that the investigation process of our case will continue to be completely professional and legally transparent and fair.
At the same time, reacting to NCP’s allegations in Mumbai, NCB Deputy DG Dnyaneshwar Singh said that if NCP wants to go to court, then she can go and seek justice. We will answer there. He said that we have done everything according to the law. The NCP had accused the agency that private persons associated with the BJP were involved in the NCB raid on the cruise ship. The member of the ruling government in the state had alleged that no seizure was made by the investigating agency on the Cordelia cruise ship. Not only this, he even termed Aryan Khan’s arrest as fake. Here, the Anti-Narcotics Cell (ANC) of Mumbai Police has arrested two people in Dongri area and seized heroin worth Rs 15 crore. An official gave information about this on Wednesday. According to the official, the accused are residents of Rajasthan and had come to the city to sell liquor to their customers. During the search, the ANC team also recovered around seven kilograms of banned substance from the accused, the official said.

Meanwhile, while probing the matter, the NCB has sent the mobile phones of Aryan Khan and others involved in the drug raid case for forensic examination. The NCB had earlier revealed that they found “shockingly objectionable material” “in the form of photographs” on Aryan’s phone, which pertains to buying drugs in bulk for distribution. The mobile phones have been sent to a lab in Gandhi Nagar for forensic examination.
