Vicky Kaushal Opens Up On Making First Move On Katrina Kaif; ‘Had Trouble…’

Bollywood power couple Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif have set the bar too high for all the lovebirds. Their hide and seek romance followed by a hush-hush wedding still make rounds in the media. In a recent interaction with Nikhil Taneja on his show ‘Be A Man, Yaar!’, Vicky recalled his dating days with Katrina. He made an unfiltered revelation about how he made the first move towards ‘one of the most desirable divas ever’.

Vicky on expressing his love to Katrina

Spilling beans on his love life, the actor said that he had trouble coming to terms with the reality that he is going to propose the ‘most desirable personality’. However, he added that those factors were never the reason why he fell in love with Katrina.

When Vicky came to know the human side of her, he fell for her. When he got to know her more closely, he was fully in love with her, and would want to have her as his life companion.

The actor disclosed that though he also used to give attention to the actress, he used to feel odd getting it back from her. “I used to be like ‘Heh? Are you okay?’ For me, being from the outside and not knowing her as a human being, she was a phenomenon. She still is,” quoted Vicky.

Further in the conversation, the actor shared how he dealt with difficult times in his life. He stated that he felt anxious, sad and broken during his hard phases. Vicky credited his father for raising him as a strong individual who rose above all the difficulties to achieve his dreams.

Vicky’s personal and professional life

Vicky and Katrina kept their courtship phase away from the public eye. They tied the knot on December 9, 2021 in a lavish ceremony at Six Senses Resort, Fort Barwara in Rajasthan.

Vicky Kaushal appeared last in ‘Zara Hatke Zara Bachke’ opposite Sara Ali Khan. He has ‘The Great Indian Family’ with Manushi Chhillar and ‘Sam Bahadur’ alongside Fatima Sana Sheikh and Sanya Malhotra in the pipeline.
