Vicky Kaushal Was Never On Her ‘Radar’: Katrina Kaif Reveals On Koffee With Karan

Actress Katrina Kaif revealed in the upcoming Season 7 episode of “Koffee with Karan” that her actress husband Vicky Kaushal was never on her “radar”. In the tenth episode of the talk show hosted by Karan Johar, Katrina is featured alongside Ishaan Khattar and Siddharth Chaturvedi. Koffee with Karan airs on Thursday at midnight on Disney Hotstar.

“I don’t know him very well,” Katrina said on the show. “I had heard his name only, but I never knew him or never met him. But when I met him, he won my heart.” According to the actress, the first person to whom she confessed her love for Vicky Kaushal was director Zoya Akhtar, at whose party they fell in love with.

Regarding their unexpected relationship, she said, “It was my destiny and it was natural. There were so many coincidences that at some point everything seemed so surreal. If you remember, Katrina and Vicky got married on December 9, 2021 in Rajasthan.” The ceremony was so private attended by close friends and relatives only.

On Monday, Karan Johar shared a promotional video on Instagram with a sneak peek of the next episode. In one of the conversations, the discussion of “Suhaag Raat” (wedding night) began. Katrina responded to actress Alia Bhatt who dismissed the “Suhaag Raat” concept as a myth when she appeared on the show. Karan tells Katrina about Alia’s words that she was too tired to do anything on her wedding night. When asked about her case, Katrina said, “Why not Suhaag Din?”

Katrina will star in the upcoming horror comedy Phone Bhoot alongside Siddhanth Chaturvedi and Ishaan Khatter, which will hit theaters on November 4, 2022. She will also be part of Merry Christmas with actor Vijay Setupati. . Fans will also see Katrina in Tiger 3 starring Salman Khan, which will be released on April 23, 2023.

Vicky is also working on several projects, including Meghna Gulzar’s Sam Bahadur. The film ‘Sam Bahadur’ is based on the life of Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw. The film, produced by Ronnie Screwvala, also stars Sanya Malhotra and Fatima Sana Sheikh. Vicky will also appear in Laxman Utekar’s alongside Sara Ali Khan.
