There’s no denying that Ranveer Singh has now become one of the top stars of Bollywood today. When it comes to doing roles that need energy, passion and dedication, his name often comes to directors minds. After doing blockbuster films like Band Baaja Baaraat, Bajirao Mastani, Padmaavat and Ram Leela, Ranveer Singh has time and again proved that he is one of the most versatile actors of the industry.
Now, let’s go back to the time when Ranveer had just entered into this big, bad world of Bollywood. It was one of the biggest award nights of the industry and no brownie points to guess that he was awarded with the ‘Best Actor In A Debut Role’ for Band Baaja Baaraat. Humbled by the victory, Ranveer Singh broke into tears on the stage.
Our King Khan was one of the hosts of the show and to cheer a sobbing Ranveer, he had said “Tu kyun ro raha hai, rona toh humein chahiye, ab hamara kya hoga, tu aa gaya hai industry mein.”
