On this occasion, actor Vijay Varma expressed happiness on the completion of three years of the film and said that the film Gully Boy has changed his career. The actor said, “This day 3 years ago changed my career and impacted my life in so many ways that I cannot express the truth. But everyone saw my journey. I am glad that I was a part of this memorable film as it was released on the occasion of Valentine’s Day.

In the film, Murad (Ranveer Singh) wants to be educated by his father, but Murad wants to become a rapper and fulfills his dream amidst opposition from the family. In the film, Alia Bhatt plays the character of Safeena, who is deeply in love with Murad. Apart from Alia and Ranveer, Siddhant Chaturvedi has also played an important role in the film.
