In an interview with IANS, the actor said, “We faced a lot of difficulties during the shooting of Love Hostel and personally it was a very difficult time for me as this character kept me awake for many nights as it bogged down my mind. Keep it rotated. When you of course sit back from the sets and start feeling about a character that there is someone who leads this kind of life. So it’s a very difficult idea and it’s not something you want to sit with for a long time.
This film has been shot in the rural areas of North India. Love Hostel tells the story of hope and survival in a world that will lead to power, money, and devastation. Vikrant further said that it was a nightmare, due to Covid-19 we had to go through a lot of ups and downs and I also became corona positive during outdoor shooting. Which was a very worrying thing for me because I was playing a character in this film.
The film ‘Love Hostel’ is a crime-thriller film, in this film Sanya Malhotra and Vikrant Massey will be seen as a loving couple while actor Bobby Deol will be seen in the character of Mercenary who is in pursuit of Vikrant and Sanya. The director of this crime thriller film is Shankar Raman. At the same time, money has been invested in this film by Shah Rukh Khan’s production Red Chillies. This suspense crime thriller film will be released on OTT platform Zee5 on 25 February.
