A spoof video about news reporting made by a seven-year-old boy belonging to Coimbatore has gone viral all over the internet. Rithu, from some years before, developed the talent to memorize things and had the skills to perform the act.

Most of the time Rithu kept himself engaged in watching new clips on his mobile phone in the Covid-19 lockdown. By keeping his talent in mind, his father had started a YouTube channel to capture and save all of his son’s videos. However, Rithu’s father stepped back when he got familiar with his son’s idea of him starring in short parodies.

Just for the sake of testing the idea, they both started working on a small spoof skit and they chose news reporting as the topic. In the video, Rithu acts as an anchor, as a field reporter, and also as a commoner.

The spoof video is eight-minute-long but those eight minutes were enough to verify Rithu’s pure talent. Rithu played each and every character with utmost brilliance in the video. Rithu’s utterly cleared and pure Tamil words pronunciation reminded viewers about several Tamil journalists.

One of the videos of this talented boy from his channel called Rithu Rocks has gained over 2 lakh views within just four days. It went viral on social media platforms on another level.

Rithu was asked about his overnight popularity to which he explained that its is a bit confusing for him. He is not much familiar with the word popularity. He has also revealed that he’s very much interested in Science and wants to become an astronaut in the future. Rithu has over 81,000 subscribers on his YouTube channel.

Rithu’s mother Asha said that the spoof video was just to publicly show his son’s talent and they weren’t ready for the popularity he gained in such a short period of time. She further added they have no idea how to handle this immense love from the audience.

Rithu’s father stated that he started the YouTube channel and got into a partnership with Tamada Media to create videos and he’s super proud of his son’s sudden popularity.
