Mood Indigo was at the forefront of the fashion craze when it launched India’s first fashion competition VOGUE in 1999. Since then, there is no seeing back! Students across countries and colleges have participated, won, and started their careers in the fashion and modeling industry through VOGUE. VOGUE is a Fashion Competition in which college students have to participate in teams comprising of designers, models, a choreographer, and makeup artists. VOGUE allows the participants to showcase their style and creativity in outfits, makeup, and ramp walk through a fashion show performance. Having witnessed eminent industry frontrunners like Ritu Kumar, Anita Dongre, Neeta Lulla, Wendell Rodricks, and Dabboo Ratnani as judges and mentors, VOGUE has seen its participants scale grand heights and achievements, notable among whom are actress Hrishita Bhatt, Miss India World 2008 Parvathy Omanakuttan and Suman Rao, Miss India 2019.
This year for the first time ever, Mood Indigo 2020 has launched Online VOGUE wherein participating teams have to submit ramp walk videos. Highlighting the theme ‘Lockdown Blues’, VOGUE 2020 undoubtedly portrays how creativity can be bloomed even in the toughest of times. After all, it’s all about the way you see it!!!
PANACHE is yet another competition of the Fashion Genre in Mood Indigo. PANACHE is a Solo Online Modeling Competition with participants posting their photoshoot pics in varying angles and shots. Participants across colleges upload their entries on their Instagram pages using appropriate hashtags and tags. The participants are judged on the basis of Personality, Grooming, Confidence, Attention details with accessories and costume, Overall Impact. The best three entries get amazing cash prizes! PANACHE is a great step to kickstart one’s career in the modeling industry. Moreover, the immense exposure that the participants get helps them open up various doors towards their successful future!
