Bigg Boss Ultimate, the inaugural edition of the OTT version of BB Tamil, is currently available exclusively on Disney+Hotstar. The show, which marks Kamal Haasan’s digital debut, commenced with fanfare on January 30.

The program has 14 candidates and will stream live 24 hours a day and seven days a week for 45 days on the streaming site. Bigg Boss Ultimate also reunites some of the most popular and recognized contestants from previous seasons.

The Contestant List – Who They Are & What They Do

1. Niroop Nandakumar – Bigg Boss Tamil 5

Niroop Nandhakumar was one of the finalists of Bigg Boss Tamil 5. The actor and model is known for his competitive and robust game.

2. Vanitha Vijayakumar – Bigg Boss Tamil 3

Vanitha is an actress, producer, and celebrity chef. She is the winner of Cooku With Comali, a cooking reality program.

Vanitha Vijayakumar was considered as a contentious Bigg Boss Tamil 5 competitor. Police had questioned her because she was accused of abducting her daughter.

3. Thamarai Selvi – Bigg Boss Tamil 5

Thamaraiselvi, a folk artist, drew attention to herself with her violent games, petty conflicts, and naivety.

Thamarai Selvi was eliminated from Bigg Boss Tamil Season 5 in the final week. She made it through the house for more than 90 days and expected to go down the aisle with Kamal Haasan on the last day. However, she was ousted when Niroop suddenly joined the finale.

4. Maria Juliana – Bigg Boss Tamil 1

Juliana, a registered nurse, had joined the house as a contender. She rose to prominence after shining in a viral video of the Jallikattu protests in 2017.

She was a Bigg Boss Tamil season 1 competitor who became the most controversial contestant.

5. Abhirami Venkatachalam – Bigg Boss Tamil 3

Abhirami is an actor and Bharatanatyam master who has starred in NOTA and Nerkonda Paarvai. She was only able to stay in residence until the 56th day.
