Abhishek Bachchan today is undoubtedly one of the most known actors in Bollywood. Actor over the years has changed the way of his performance and adapting of a character. After giving 17 flops back to back at one point in his career, he has now played the most memorable roles. Over the years, Abhishek has aced and worked in all genres like action, comedy, and drama.

However, there was a point of time when the actor was going through the worst low in his career. Despite trying hard and choosing different scripts, the audience was not impressed with his acting skills. So much so that he was once slapped by a lady at a film screening. Yes! You read that right superstar Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan’s son was slapped by a woman for embarrassing their family’s name.

It so happened that during the early 2000s a woman who was a huge fan of Abhishek’s father Amitabh Bachchan approached him. The lady slapped Abhishek outside a movie theater and adviced him to quit acting. During a celebrity chat show for UTV stars, Abhishek narrated the whole incident. “Yes, it is true…disgruntled customer I guess (laughs). It was a tough time,” he said.

Now, years after the unfortunate incident, Abhishek is rocking at the movies. His last release ‘Dasvi’ was immensely loved by the audience. The actor plays the role of a corrupt politician in the film. the movie also features Yami Gautam and Nimrat Kaur in pivotal roles.
