India’s nightingale Lata Mangeshkar has now said goodbye to this world with all of us, but her memories and her stories will always be narrated to each other by people. In the book “In search of lata Mangeshkar” by Aaj tak’s voice artist Harish Bhimani, there is a mention of him getting angry with one of his lyricists. It was the habit of Lata didi, when she was praised for something, she used to give it to the person who praised her.

Lata did not stay here and at the same time took the lyricist on the road and said, how dare you come home without my permission. Not only this, while threatening the map, he said, if I see, here again, I will throw it in the gutter in pieces. Don’t forget I am from Maratha.

Nakshab was an Indian film industry lyricist, story writer, producer, and director also. He get major success with lyrics for film jeenat, and mahal, and films produced by him is Nagma and Zindagi-e-toofan. Later, he migrated to Pakistan in 1962 and produced films there also. But In 1967 he died at the age of 42 in Karachi, Pakistan.
