As the promo unfolds, Vijay Deverakonda graces the stage, and Nagarjuna, being the gracious host, curiously inquires why he’s flying solo and where Samantha, his ex-wife, is. Vijay responds with genuine concern, explaining that Samantha is currently in the United States for health reasons, but he hopes she’ll return to India soon.

Actually, Vijay Devarakonda reached the Bigg Boss Telugu 7 premiere to promote their film ‘Kushi’. Samantha had played the female lead opposite him in the movie. So, when she was conspicuously absent from the event, Nagarjuna couldn’t help but ask about her whereabouts. In response, Vijay revealed that she’s currently in America for her treatment.

It’s worth noting that Samantha was once married to Naga Chaitanya, Nagarjuna’s son. However, after four years of marriage, they decided to part ways and officially divorced in 2021. Samantha has been making headlines not just for her personal life but also for her professional endeavours, including her role in ‘Kushi’ and her upcoming project, ‘Citadel’, alongside Varun Dhawan.
