Bappi Da
Many videos from China are going viral on various social media platforms like Tiktok. It is clearly visible in this video that the people of China are using this song of Bappi Da to express their anger towards the zero-covid policy. However, the most interesting thing about the protest is, the song is being sung in Mandarin language and not in Hindi. The words in the Mandarin language were as follows – ‘ji mi, ji mi’, which means ‘give me rice, give me rice’.
Not only this, people are also seen beating empty utensils and tuning to songs in the video.
