Fans were perplexed by actor Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas’s absence from Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s pre-wedding celebrations. What Madhu had to say is as follows:

The pre-wedding festivities for Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant are being held in Jamnagar. Many Bollywood stars, including Kareena Kapoor Khan, Deepika Padukone, and Shah Rukh Khan, were on the guest list; nevertheless, fans were curious about the absence of Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra. Here is what her mother, Madhu Chopra, said when Instant Bollywood questioned her about the same.

“She will make up for it; don’t worry.”

When the media saw Madhu in Jamnagar, they spoke with her on Instant Bollywood. Speaking with them, she disclosed that, because of Anant and Radhika’s pre-wedding celebration, her long-held desire to visit Jamnagar had now been fulfilled.

She said, “I have been wanting to come to Jamnagar. I spoke to Anant about it many years ago. It’s become true now. I am looking forward to it (the pre-wedding bash).” When the reporter asked if Priyanka was missing being there, Madhu agreed but did not reveal the reason for her absence. She just said, “She will make up for it; don’t worry.”

Priyanka may not have attended the pre-wedding festivities. However, she did attend other significant Ambani family gatherings. She and Nick went to the March 2023 launch of the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC) in Mumbai, where Zendaya and Gigi Hadid, among other Hollywood stars, also made an appearance.

The star posted photos from her downtime on Instagram and is now in the US, spending time with her daughter Malti Marie and the rest of her family. She also revealed that she will be starring alongside Karl Urban as a pirate in the upcoming movie The Bluff.
