On the occasion of Woman’s Day, Women Power Awards were organised by ‘Kamala Gowani Trust‘ at the Governor House in Mumbai. Dr Mahima Bakshi, a renowned maternal child wellness consultant, Woman Activist, Fashion Model, Author and Founder – Birthing Naturally was awarded by the ‘Hon’ble Governor of Maharashtra- Shri Bhagat Singh Koshyari ji‘ at Raj Bhavan, Mumbai. Various Women Achievers were honoured from various fields.

Dr Mahima Bakshi has been majorly contributing towards the society by spreading awareness on maternal mental health through her initiative ‘Birthing Naturally Queen‘.

She recently also launched her Birthing Naturally Queen calendar 2022 with Television Actress and Mommy Influencer – Charu Sen (who has also featured on the calendar), Smt Renu Bhatia ji (Chairperson – Haryana State Commission for Women), Smt Rekha Sharma ji (Chairperson- National Commission for Women) and Dr Hrishikesh Pai (Senior Gynaecologist – President Elect 2022 FOGSI). Her calendar was also promoted by Jaslok Hospital Mumbai, Sahyadri Hospital Pune, Aster Women and Children Hospital Bangalore and Daffodils by Artemis Gurgaon.

Dr Mahima Bakshi has also been awarded with Times Most Influential Personalities 2021 last year by Times Group and is also the Youth Ambassador from India by the ‘International Youth Society‘.
