Ratna Pathak Shah, a renowned Indian actress has been aging like a fine wine. The 65-year-old actress’s latest film, Dhak Dhak’s trailer has been grabbing headlines. The film stars top film industry actors including Fatima Sana Shaikh, Dia Mirza, Sanjana Sanghi and Ratna Pathak Shah. The plot revolves around the life journey of four women who embark on a motorcycle adventure in the mountains. Recently, actress, Ratna Pathak Shah disclosed that she challenged herself on learning to ride a bike at the age of 65. Furthermore, she opened up about her inability to ride a bike in a traffic situation.

Television actress, Ratna Pathak Shah in a recent interview with Bollywood Hungama opened up about learning to ride a bike at the age of 65. She said:
“I have driven bikes in my dreams many times. I used to look at bike riders and think that someday I will too ride a bike but I didn’t know that at the age of 65, I will have to ride a bike.”
Elaborating further about her experience, Ratna revealed that she cannot label herself a biker as she can’t ride a bike in traffic. Ratna continued by saying:
“I had a lot of help. There were a lot of people who trained me. When I was driving in Mumbai, it was beautiful. It was fine till Delhi also but when I was driving at high-altitude while reaching Khardung La, it does something to you. I got a little scared. Then I became very nervous. I still can’t say that I really know how to ride a bike because I won’t be able to drive in traffic for sure.”
When Ratna Pathak Shah opened up on receiving misogynistic comments
Senior most actress, Ratna Pathak Shah of the film, ‘Dhak Dhak’ also elaborated about facing misogynistic comments while shooting for the film. She shared:
“During the shooting everywhere we met people asked ‘Picture ki shooting chal rahi hai? hero kaun hai? Is the shooting going on and who is the hero?) And when they were told we four were the heroes, aram se mudke aise chale jate the (they used to show no interest and leave the place).”
