TV Actress Anjali Anand who rose to fame with popular daily ‘Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala’ is gearing up for Rohit Shetty’s ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 13’. As soon as the news of Anjali being part of the stunt-based reality show reached on social media, a section of netizens began trolling the actress. They passed some nasty comments to body-shame her for her bulky demeanour. Now, Anjali has given a befitting reply to these trolls.
‘Laugh it off’
During an interview, Anjali who is returning to the TV screen after almost 5 years with ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 13’ said that she doesn’t mind this kind of trolling much. While talking about her body weight, the actress shared that she often laugh after reading such comments and does not pay attention to trolls.
Anjali stated, “Earlier I used to hate this word ‘troll’ a lot. But not now, ‘Weight toh kam karo madam’, ‘Arey yeh wahan jake kya karegi’, etc. is very common in the comment section of my post.”
The actress further said that she take a lot of solo adventure trips and at this point of time, she doesn’t think she needs to tell anyone whether she is ready for ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi’ or not.
‘Mohit influenced me to take up Khatron Ke Khiladi’
Anjali revealed that her former co-star Mohit Malik encouraged her to participate on this show. She quoted, “Mohit told me that if someone like him who does not go on adventure trips can participate and do stunts, then why not me? My friends also supported me. I haven’t exercised properly but I can try stunts. I know swimming and am ready for those high jumps. Although they will be scary for me, but I am ready.”
