Honey Singh has an old relationship with the court and the police. He gets into this relationship sometimes due to domestic violence cases and sometimes due to obscene songs. Recently, a district court in Nagpur, Maharashtra asked Singer to give his voice sample. The court has directed the local police to present the sample with the police station. Honey Singh is accused of spreading obscenity through songs.

Let us inform that District and Additional Sessions Judge SASM Ali had on January 27 directed the singer to appear at Panchpauli police station in Nagpur between February 4 and February 11. The court passed the direction while hearing an application filed by the singer seeking relaxation on the condition imposed on him for traveling abroad.

The court, while allowing Singh to travel to Dubai between January 29 and February 4, asked him to appear at the police station between February 4 and 11. Honey Singh’s application was opposed by the Investigating Officer. The officer told that the singer was to appear at the police station on January 25, but he did not appear, and emailed him that he could not come due to his busy schedule.

The investigating officer told that Singer is not cooperating in the investigation. In such a situation, even if the court allows him to travel, he will not be present in the court as well. The Panchpoli police had registered a complaint against Singh under Section 292 (sale, distribution of obscene material) and other relevant provisions of the IPC and Information Technology Act on the basis of a complaint by Anandpal Singh Jabal. Honey Singh was last seen in the music video for “Kanta Laga”. Tony Kakkar and Neha Kakkar were also with him in this video. This song was released last year and became a huge hit.
