Zeishan’s Bigg Boss Verdict: Quadri Spills ‘Truth’ On Tanya Mittal’s ‘Lies’

Fresh off his eviction from the high-octane Bigg Boss 19 house, writer-actor Zeishan Quadri is wasting no time in dissecting his tumultuous journey. While his departure has left a noticeable void in the house, it is his complex and often debated relationship with co-contestant Tanya Mittal that has become a major talking point. In his first interviews post-eviction, Quadri has opened up about their unique bond, addressing the persistent “liar” tag attached to Tanya and revealing his own disappointment with how things ended between them.

Zeishan and Tanya Mittal’s Indomitable Bond

During his time on the show, Zeishan and Tanya’s dynamic was a source of constant speculation. He has now clarified their connection as a “mentor-mentee bond,” a relationship built on guidance, care, and playful teasing. Speaking to Telly Talk India, Quadri defended Tanya against the widespread accusations that she repeatedly lied within the house. He offered a surprisingly philosophical take on the matter. “Those claiming she lies are observing and learning the truth,” he explained. “Because of that, they can say whether she’s speaking the truth or a falsehood. When I was inside, Tanya and I had a good bonding.”

He painted a picture of a relationship that went beyond game strategy, recalling a moment of genuine vulnerability. “When I had a 103-degree fever, that girl and Shehbaz took care of me and attended to me,” he shared, highlighting a softer side to their interactions. This mentor-mentee dynamic, however, was not without its emotional complications. Quadri recounted instances where the lines blurred. He said Tanya would sometimes approach him, rest her head on his shoulder, and cry, revealing the immense pressure of the game. In one emotional moment, she confessed that their bond felt “one-sided” and lamented that he didn’t treat her like a sister, showcasing the deep emotional investment she had in their friendship.

Understanding the scrutiny she was under, Zeishan urged her to prepare for the inevitable questions that would follow her outside the show. “I asked her to speak up,” he stated. “I told her whatever you said inside, lies or truth, she would have to give answers to the media and the outside world.” His advice was a stark reminder of the public accountability that comes with being a contestant on India’s biggest reality show.

Despite this deep connection, the final moments of his journey were tinged with disappointment. Quadri noted that Tanya never came to meet him as he was exiting the house, a gesture—or lack thereof—that clearly stung him. Meanwhile, his absence is already being felt inside, with viewers noting a visible rift forming within the once-united group he was a part of, proving his strategic importance in maintaining house dynamics.

This season, themed Gharwalon Ki Sarkaar, has introduced a fresh twist where power is constantly shifting. Contestants are given more authority over house decisions, and the audience wields greater influence, creating a volatile environment that tests emotional intelligence and strategic alliances. The show’s unique blend of politics and entertainment has brought together a diverse cast of personalities from television, music, and social media, including Amaal Malik, Kunickaa Sadanand, Gaurav Khanna, Ashnoor Kaur, Baseer Ali, Tanya Mittal, Mridul, Farhana Bhatt, Nehal Chudasma, Abhishek Bajaj, Pranit More, and the newest wild card entry, Malti Chahar. As Zeishan Quadri navigates life outside the Bigg Boss house, Tanya Mittal remains inside, left to contend with her reputation and the fractured alliances in his wake.
