Chaos Erupts At Superstar Mahesh Babu’s ‘Guntur Kaaram’ Pre-Release Event: Cops Injured In Stampede
A video shared by ANI shows that chaos broke out at the pre-release event in Guntur for Trivikram Srinivas’s Mahesh Babu and Sreeleela movie Guntur Kaaram. On Tuesday, fans seemed to lose control, and one police officer was hurt. A police officer was hurt at Mahesh Babu’s Guntur Kaaram pre-release event (ANI).
Policeman Sustains Injuries During The Event
The agency shared a film of police trying to stop fans from jumping over barriers, climbing up on poles, and throwing chairs around. You can also see the people making a rush as they step on each other to get good seats or a place to stand. ANI wrote, “A police officer named Venkata Rao, who is a sub-inspector at the Old Guntur police station, was hurt in a stampede at the Guntur district pre-release event for ‘Guntur Kaaram,’ which starred Mahesh Babu.”
The film’s team hasn’t said anything about this yet. But Mahesh thanked the police for their help earlier on Wednesday. He wrote on Instagram, “A special mention to the Guntur police for all their support and assistance throughout the event.”
Pre-Release Event
The pre-release event for Guntur Kaaram was meant to happen in Hyderabad, but it had to be moved because of “security concerns.” The event was moved to Guntur and took place on Tuesday. The video for the movie came out on Sunday. At the event were Trivikram, Mahesh, Sreeleela, Meenakshi Chaudhary, and other cast and team members. He also got emotional when he talked to his friends and told them, “From now on, you are my mother, you are my father, you are my everything.” Devi, Mahesh’s mother, died in 2022, and Krishna, his father, an actress, died in 2023.
About Movie Guntur Kaaram
The trailer for the movie gives away a hint of a family story involving Prakash Raj, Ramya Krishnan, and Mahesh’s character. From what I can tell from the video, the movie is about a man who doesn’t seem to be close to his family. Thaman S wrote the songs for the movie, and so far, the makers have put out four tracks. Guntur Kaaram will come out on January 12 for Sankranthi, at the same time as HanuMan by Teja Sajja, Saindhav by Venkatesh, and Naa Saami Ranga by Nagarjuna.
