The legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan is quite active on social media. Recently, he took to his Instagram handle to raise the toast for the new couple of Bollywood, Vicky Kaushal, and Katrina Kaif. The Pink actor dedicated a post to Vicky’s father, action director Sham Kaushal with whom he has worked in the past.
The 79-year-old described Vicky Kaushal’s father as an ‘endearing human’ and a ‘humble man’ as he congratulated him on his son’s wedding. Senior Bachchan shared a photo with Sham Kaushal and poured in his wishes by saying ‘Vadhaiyaan (congratulations)’.
In the caption, Amitabh wrote, “On set with Action Director Sham Kaushal, Vicky’s father… been working with him for ages… a most humble endearing and loveable human…Vadhaiyaan vadhaiyaan vadhaiyaan.” The photo shared by the actor is from a film set and he is seen shaking hands with Sham Kaushal.
While reacting to the post, Vicky reacted with a one-word comment. He wrote, “Sir,” with an exclamation, adding a bunch of red hearts and folded hands icons. Amitabh’s post and Vicky’s comment received a huge amount of love from Netizens in the form of likes.
On December 9, Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif tied the knot in a grand wedding in Rajasthan. All of the festivities of the couple took place at the Six Senses For Barwara in Sawai Madhopur under strict security restrictions. Since the wedding, the couple has been sharing photos from the functions on social media. VicKat’s wedding celebrations included Mehendi, sangeet, and Haldi ceremonies. In one of the photos from the sangeet, Katrina was seen dancing her heart out with her father-in-law. The actress captioned the post, “Mehendi Taa Sajdi Je Nache Saara Tabbar (Mehendi ceremony looks nice when the family dances together).”
Vicky and Katrina shared some set of pictures from their wedding day, along with the beautiful note that can be read as, “Only love and gratitude in our hearts for everything that brought us to this moment. Seeking all your love and blessings as we begin this new journey together.”
