Many people are of the opinion that Alia has opted for some unnatural ways to lose the extra kilos that she put on after delivering her first child. But this is not the case. In a recent interview, Alia gave a befitting reply to those who are saying so. She also revealed how she has reduced her weight naturally.

Talking about how things turned out after pregnancy, Alia said that when she gave birth to Raha, she was not very strict with her body. She said it is known to her that everyone thinks she hasn’t lost weight naturally. But the truth is she couldn’t even get her wisdom tooth removed at that time because she was breastfeeding and they didn’t give her anesthesia. Alia said that she now feels to come on Instagram to specifically share some tit-bits on her fitness journey.

Alia further said that after the delivery, she did not put any pressure on herself. Doctors advised her to increase her workouts after 12 weeks and she did just that. But right now Alia is not able to come back to her old weight because she is doing it all naturally. Alia shared that after delivery, she began walking for 15 minutes, breathing deeply and exercising, all of which helped her in getting back in shape.

‘Mother-in-law fed me Gond laddoos’

Alia made a startling revelation as she disclosed eating Gond laddoos for six weeks post delivery. She said that her mother-in-law made these sweets for her and she ate them like any other new mother. Alia said that people need to understand that weight gain during pregnancy does not come from eating more.
