Upasana Kamineni, wife of superstar Ram Charan, posted several photos with her husband on social media after RRR’s “Naatu Naatu” won Best Original Song at the 2023 Golden Globe Awards. She also released a lengthy emotional note expressing her admiration for the film’s success on the global platform. When the couple is pregnant with their first child, she said it was a special moment for the baby in a message shared on her Instagram account.

She wrote, “I am honored to be part of the RRR family. This is a proud achievement and triumph for Indian cinema. Jai Hind. Thank you Mr.C. and Rajamouli Garu for making me a part of this journey. From filming in Ukraine to the Golden Globes, you taught me that clear thinking, hard work and persistence pays off. I am so happy that my child was able to share this experience with me. I’m very emotional .”

Previously, Ram Charan also shared a photo with the ‘RRR’ team after receiving the award on Instagram and left a message, “We won the Golden Globe.” He also spoke about the song on the red carpet and told Song Media, “Everything is so musical in India… It was the heaviest song we’ve ever done and I think it all paid off. And why does my director do Jr NTR and I do what we did in the song… and look where we are talking to you on this red carpet. ”

RRR is a 2022 Indian epic Telugu drama film directed by S.S. Rajamouli, who co-wrote the film with V. Vijaendra Prasad.Ram Charan , Junior NTR was the main lead in the film. The film collected ₹1200 crore worldwide and are in line for Oscar award.
