Britney Spears Claps Back At Justin Timberlake: ‘I Am Not Sorry’

‘I’m not sorry’, the pop princess penned in a new statement. This comes just hours after Justin Timberlake declared on stage he was apologising to ‘f**king nobody.’

Oops! Is this the early 2000s again? Are bridges burned again?

Britney Spears shared a cryptic social media post after her ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake seemingly shaded her during an on-stage performance. Now, fans are wondering if the exes are in a silent fight.

Britney claps back at Justin

Taking to her Instagram, Britney wrote, “Someone told me that someone is talking shit about me on the streets!!! Do you want to bring it to the court or will you go home crying to your mom like you did last time??? I’m not sorry!!!” Alongside the questionable caption was a photo of a basketball net with a full moon in the background.

Britney also deleted her cryptic apology that she gave to anyone she hurt by her book, and declared her love for Justin’s newest single, ‘Selfish’. She also made her Instagram account private.

Justin Timberlake Throws Shade At Britney

Justin Timberlake made quite the statement on stage before he sang his hit single “Cry Me a River.”. During JT’s “One Night Only” concert in New York City on Wednesday, Justin declared that he was apologizing to nobody. Justin Timberlake reportedly said, “I’d like to take this opportunity to apologize to f**king nobody.” Many of her admirers saw this as a jab at her since Britney Spears recently released public apology about her novel, ‘The Woman in Me’.

Britney Apologised for Book

Taking to Instagram, Britney wrote on Monday, “I wanna apologize for some of the things I wrote about in my book. If I offended any of the people I genuinely care about, I am deeply sorry.”

Not only did she apologize for her book, but Britney even shouted out Justin’s new music, saying that she was “in love” with it.

“I also wanted to say I am in love with Justin Timberlake’s new song, ‘Selfish.’ It is so good. ‘Sanctified’ is wow too,” Britney wrote in her caption. Shortly after posting her statement, Britney switched her Instagram account to private.
