Dharmendra Shares Throwback Pic With Late Actor Dilip Kumar, Fans Label Them ‘Legends’

Dharmendra posts a lot of photos on social media and is highly active there. The actor also posted a vintage picture of himself and the late Dilip Kumar today. It quickly became viral, and fans could be seen responding to it. They were referred to as legendary by many.

Taking to his Instagram handle, Dharmendra wrote, “Gumaan hota hai aapka…” As soon as the photo was shared, fans reacted. One of them wrote, “Legends.”. Another wrote, “Wow, super.” Many also dropped heart emojis in the comment section.

Debut in 1960’s

We have known him as Dharmendra since he made his acting debut in 1960’s Dil Bhi Tera Hum Bhi Tere. However, with the release of Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya, it has been revealed that our beloved Dharam Ji has made a big change to his name.

On February 9, Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya was made available in theatres. Kriti Sanon and Shahid Kapoor play the main roles in the movie. In the movie, the seasoned performer portrays Shahid’s granddad. In the movie, he is referred to as Dada.

Dharam Singh Deol

The opening credits disclosed that Dharmendra has chosen to incorporate the middle name and surname he was given at birth. He has been credited as Dharmendra Singh Deol in the film. For the uninitiated, Dharmendra was born as Dharam Singh Deol, as per a Hindustan Times report.

On Workfront

Regarding his career, Dharmendra has been appearing in big-screen productions quite a bit. Alongside Jaya Bachchan and Shabana Azmi, he appeared in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani.

Everyone enjoyed his performance. Karan Johar was the director of the film, starring Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh. Dharmendra will now appear in Ikkis alongside Agastya Nanda, the grandson of Amitabh Bachchan. Sriram Raghavan is the director of this movie. He’s working on Apne 2 as well.
