Recently, Vinny who welcomed her first child with actor husband Dheeraj Dhoopar dropped photos of her weight loss journey post delivery. And this has left the netizens surprised and impressed at the same time.

Sharing about her weight transformation, Vinny revealed that she lost 12 Kgs in 9 months post pregnancy. The actress has also credited much of it to her husband.

Vinny’s shocking transformation

In August 2022, Vinny Arora gave birth to a son. It was only after the delivery that the actress began her journey towards weight loss. The ‘Maat Pitaah Ke Charnon Mein Swarg’ actress has dropped a video on social media, in which she can be seen flaunting her before and after 9 months pictures.

Alongside the clip, Vinny wrote a long caption. She penned, “I started working out 6 months PP. We have just completed 9 and I have lost 12 kilos plus. I feel like myself mentally and physically now. First 45 days @perumalswami_mma made me do some intense workouts keeping my pace in mind and I lost 7-8 kgs instantly. For the next 45 days @mindfulwithanuja helped me balance my diet so I didn’t feel drained and my breastfeeding continued.

Furthermore, Vinny appreciated her family and hubby who helped her in making her weight loss journey possible. She added, “I would like to thank my family and friends for being so supportive and appreciative, especially my husband Dheeraj Dhoopar who didn’t mind my weight. He always told me how beautiful I looked and that I was not fat for the first time. This may sound like an award winning speech, because this feeling is exactly like that (little dance at the end).”

Workwise, Vinny Arora is away from acting since last 5 years. She appeared last in ‘Lala Ishq’ in 2018. On the other hand, her husband Dheeraj Dhoopar who gained fame with shows like ‘Sasural Simar Ka’ and ‘Kundali Bhagya’ was last seen in ‘Sherdil Shergill’.
