In the latest episode of KBC13 Genelia and Riteish Deshmukh appeared as the guest celebrities. During the episode, Genelia asked BigB to resolve her one complaint about her husband. She said ” I have a complaint about Riteish and you have to resolve it like you have done it when Deepika asked you when she came here. Jab hum dating karte the, ye mere liye bohot gaane gaate the, lekin pichle 10 Saal mein, ek bhi gaana Nahi Gaya.”
After hearing this, Mr. Bachchan requests Riteish to fulfill her wish by dedicating her a song on national television. He agreed and started singing ‘Phoolon Ka Taaron Ka..’, shocking Genelia and leaving everyone in splits. Soon, Riteish added that he was just joking and will sing for her now. He then beautifully crooned Kishore Kumar’s popular ‘Tera Mujhse Hai Pehle Ka Naata Koi’ for her.
Sharing the promo on Twitter, Genelia wrote, “My First time on #kaunbanegacrorepati with the Navra @Riteishd and it was so so so special.. @SrBachchan Thank You for making us feel so loved and making us have such a good time. He had said, ”So what I did was, shadi ho rahi thi, I told her I have to buy some stuff let’s go to Taj. We sat in the car and reached Taj. I stopped the car on the opposite side towards the Gateway (of India) and she asked, ‘Why are you stopping the car here?’.
I said, ‘Let’s just walk across because there’s a lot of traffic.’ She got out. I wore my jacket. She wondered why was I wearing a jacket. I took her down towards the jetty and we got on a speed boat. It was evening time. Then we went on a yacht which was by my friend. He was kind enough to let me have it for the evening.”
For the unversed, Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia Deshmukh had tied the marital knot in 2012!
