During this, he told that there was a time when he was suffering from stress.

Hrithik Roshan talks about his film ‘War’. He said that during the shooting of the film ‘War’ in 2019, he started feeling like he was dying. He felt that during this time he had almost reached the verge of depression. The shooting and preparation of this film was extremely challenging for him. He felt like he was about to go into depression. After this, he started realizing that there was a dire need to bring changes in his life.

During a conversation with trainer Chris Gethin, Hrithik said, ‘I was feeling light. I felt I was dying and I was shooting for War. I was not prepared for the film at all. It was a big challenge for me. I was seeking a perfection, for which I was not ready. After the film, I got adrenalin fatigue. For three to four months I could not train at all. I was not feeling well at all.’ Actor Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff’s action-thriller film ‘War’ was released in the month of October 2019. The film earned a whopping Rs 300 crore at the box office. It is one of the highest grossing films of Hrithik Roshan till date.
