Sharing his routine he wrote, ‘Intermittent fasting, chewing food 45-60 times (drink food and chew water), last meal (food) at quarter to six in the evening (only cooked food, no raw food after three in the afternoon), long walk in the morning and deep sleep at night (no screen time 90 minutes before bedtime) … lots of liquids …’
