“It Took Me 19 Years To Reach Here, This Is My Journey Too”, Vikrant Massey Got Emotional In 12th Fail Scene, Deets Inside!!

It’s been more then 100 days and still Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s ’12th Fail’ is hitting the hearts of people. This film is one in thousands which has touched the hearts of almost everyone. From fans to celebrities, everyone is impressed and connected with the film and they have been continuously praising the film. Apart from the film, actors Vikrant Massey and Medha Shankar have been praised for their brilliant performances. In a recent interview, Vikrant said that this film is a restart moment in his career. Now the co-writer of the film has shared an emotional moment from the set.

Jaskunwar Kohli, who is also the co-writer, associate director and editor of the film ’12th Fail’, shared pictures from the climax scene on his Instagram handle. He shared two pictures and narrated the real incident from the set. He revealed that during the shooting of the final result scene, Vikrant Massey had to fall on his knees again and again, but every time he cried deeply and it was incredible. Jaskunwar further revealed that he used to say just one line to himself in between takes, ‘I have also reached here without oxygen support, that too barefoot.’

Further in his caption, he told that when the shoot was completed, Vikrant sat on the floor and did not stop crying, he kept crying, while Medha Shankar gently held him by the shoulders. Jaskunwar then revealed that Vikrant had told Medha at that time, ‘This is my story too, it took me 19 years to reach here and I have also reached here without oxygen support, Medha, barefoot… this is my story too’.

He wrote in the end, ‘In this iconic moment of the film, not only Manoj Kumar Sharma but also Vikrant Massey was there. Both sides of the coin mixed into an unreal human experience.
