Actress Shweta Kawaatra is best known for playing Pallavi in Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii. She shared her ordeal when she traveled from Mumbai to New York with a stopover in Munich.
On Instagram Stories, Shweta explained how her flight to Munich was canceled on Friday. She was stranded inside the airport for over a day with her daughter. Shweta has reached New York. She said that it has been a week but she still hasn’t received her luggage. She captioned it, “Disappointing experience with Lufthansa. Rude inconsiderate staff. 7 days and our bags still haven’t been found.” She tagged some staff.

She shared a video. She said, “Alright, so we travelled Lufthansa from Mumbai, had a transit at Munich where our flights got cancelled.” She added that they got stuck there. She was stranded for over 26-30 hours with her child. Nobody was there to help them. She concluded, “They expected us to stand in a five to six km line full of people to ask any questions.”
She said that if all the staff was available at the first class centre where she went they drove her and her daughter out from that place. They were very rude according to Shweta. They refused to hear what she wanted to ask. It’s been harrowing. They spent that night at the airport. The staff promised that their luggage would be with them on the next flight but it didn’t happen. She said that it has been seven days since they have been in New York. They haven’t received their luggage. They had our pieces of luggage.
