Kajol shared pictures from her getaway at Rishikesh where she is holidaying at a spa resort. She has shared a selfie from her room, giving fans and followers a look inside her stay at Ananda in the Himalayas.

Sharing the photo on Instagram, she wrote the caption, “It’s a good day … three cups of coffee down.” Kajol is seen posing next to her bed at the resort. On top are dimly lit high vaulted ceilings and a white bed with a plush bench next to it.
On her Instagram account, Kajol shared more glimpses of the resort. She took a walk around the trees and had a colorful salad. At the end of her stay, the resort crew surprised her with a Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge-themed dessert.

Kajol was last seen in Netflix movie Tribhanga directed by Renuka Shahane and also starred Mithila Palkar and Tanuja Chandra. Kajol played an Odissi dancer in the movie, who has severed all ties with her mother.

Speaking about finding work in Bollywood and the issue of ageism, Kajol told in an interview, “I am here and I am working. I am very proud of it. I don’t see an ageist issue in Bollywood. I never did. I think it is in your head. It is the question of ‘Do you believe that you are too old for this? Or do you believe that you cannot carry it off? Why can Aamir Khan at the age of 40 do a 3 Idiots and play a college student, why can’t I?’ He believed he could and of course with the help of special effects he did that perfectly too”.
