The rising star of Bollywood Kartik Aaryan is currently busy with the promotions of his upcoming film ‘Shehzada’. To spread a word about his movie, he recently appeared on popular singing reality show Indian Idol 13 along with co-actor Kriti Sanon.

The show which is all set to host ‘Girls vs Boys’ special episode will see contestant Rishi Singh from Ayodhya giving a stupendous performance on Kartik’s popular song, ‘Tera Yaar Hoon Mein’ from the film ‘Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety’. It will impress the judges Himesh Reshammiya and Vishal Dadlani as well as celebrity guests.

Viewers will witness Kartik getting emotional during Singh’s performance. Rishi’s soulful voice will make Kartik hug him. The actor will also fulfil his dream by singing ‘Tera Yaar Hoon Mein’ with Rishi.

Furthermore, Kartik will share about how special this song (Tera Yaar Hoon Mein) and movie (Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety) is to him. He will state, “This song and the film was the turning point of my career. The way you sang this song made me very emotional. This song is like a friendship anthem for everyone. I feel lucky that I got this song in my career, and it makes me so proud to hear you.”

For the unversed, Kartik Aaryan started his career with Luv Ranjan’s ‘Pyaar Ka Punchnama’ in 2011. But it was 2018’s ‘Sonu Ki Titu Ki Sweety’ which changed things for him in the industry. It is considered as Kartik’s breakthrough film.

On the work front, Kartik Aaryan is coming up next with Rohit Dhawan’s ‘Shehzada’. He also has ‘Satyaprem Ki Katha’, ‘Aashiqui 3’, and Kabir Khan’s untitled next in hi kitty.
