After Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan was caught in the cruise drugs case, many Bollywood celebrities have come in his support. Questions are also being raised about Aryan not being granted bail through social media. Some are speaking directly and some are talking in gestures. Now Shah Rukh Khan’s Raees director Rahul Dholakia has questioned the delay in Aryan’s bail.

Rahul wrote – “Earlier NCB needed more time. Now the court needs more time… why? Let the young man come out.” Let us tell you, Aryan’s bail will be heard in the Special NDPS Court on Wednesday. Earlier on October 8, the magistrate court had dismissed Aryan’s bail plea saying it was not maintainable in that court. After this Aryan’s lawyer Satish Manshinde filed an application for bail in the Special NDPS Court.

The Narcotics Control Bureau had raided a rave party going on a luxury cruise from Mumbai to Goa on the night of 2 October. Aryan Khan was also present at this party. NCB claims that banned drugs were being consumed in the party. After this raid, NCB had detained 8 people for questioning. Among them, Aryan Khan was also included. All of them were arrested by the NCB on Sunday (October 3). Aryan’s arrest in the drugs case was shocking not only for Shah Rukh but also for the industry. However, initially one might have expected that Aryan will have to go to jail too. The court had sent all the accused, including Aryan, to NCB custody on the first day. Thereafter, the custody was extended till October 7. All the accused were sent to judicial custody for 14 days by the court while refusing to give custody to the NCB. Aryan and other accused could not be sent to jail due to delay in hearing on 7 October, so on 8 October all were shifted to Arthur Road Jail in Mumbai. Aryan is currently in jail.
