In 2014, Kriti Sanon made her acting debut in Telugu with “1: Nenokkadine” opposite Mahesh Babu. In her latest post on social media, she penned an emotional note to the South superstar. Kriti also reunited with her co-star Mahesh and his wife and former beauty queen Namrata Shirodkar.

Remembering the Early Days

Before getting paired with Tiger Shroff for the Bollywood film “Heropanti,” Kriti Sanon had appeared alongside Mahesh Babu. It was her first ever movie that paved her way all the way to “Adipurush” with Prabhas. Psychological thriller flick “1: Nenokkadine” recently completed 10 years of its release. The entire cast came together in a reunion to celebrate the same.

Gratitude for Her Opportunity with First Co-Star

Kriti Sanon shared the pics of the reunion on Instagram. Posing with Namrata and Mahesh, added this caption: “It’s been 10 years since my first ever film. My first Telugu film with my first ever co-star, Mahesh Babu Sir.” She got emotional and expressed how grateful she was. “So many memories and so much gratitude in my heart. How lovely and nostalgic it was to meet you again after ages. So much has changed but it’s still the same.”

In another post, the “Mimi” actress wrote, “Happy 10 years. 1: Nenokkadine, Can’t believe it’s been a decade. Mahesh Babu, Namrata Shirodkar. Miss you Sukumar Sir. Thank you for the best debut and the best memories ever. Aww Tuzo Mogh Korta (one of the songs from the film).”

Kriti Sanon Balances Acting and Production

Currently, Kriti has “Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya” lined up. The romantic film features Shahid Kapoor in the lead role. In another upcoming film “The Crew,” she shares the screen space with Kareena Kapoor Khan and Tabu. While on the professional front, she may be busy with acting, but Kriti Sanon has started some production ventures. 

The National Award-winning actor is producing her first — “Do Patti,” a captivating mystery thriller. Kriti and Kajol are headlining the movie directed by Shashanka Chaturvedi and presented by the streaming service Netflix. The 33-year-old is becoming adept at donning multiple hats, with a sturdy team supporting her. 

Wants to Focus on Living in the Moment

For 2024, Kriti resolves to live in the moment, in every way. Hence, she is dabbling in several aspects, from turning ideas into scripts to overseeing music compositions, and the movie’s creative expression. “As an actor, you are more involved in your character, whereas in this film, I have thoroughly enjoyed it being just an idea of collaborating,” Kriti Sanon highlights her unique experience.
