It’s been a year since the show’s fans faced a devastating loss under actor Matthew Perry. He is best known for playing Chandler Bing on the show ‘FRIENDS’ for 10 years.

In a tragic turn of events, Matthew Perry passed away at the age of 54 because of accidental drowning, or so it was initially believed.  The LA Police Department is continuing its investigation. A new bombshell update just dropped that a female celebrity has been probed in the case.

Autopsy Report

The autopsy report stated that FRIENDS star was being treated for depression with ketamine therapy. It did, however, demonstrate that the ketamine in his system at the time of his death could not have come from his prescribed treatment due to the drug’s short half-life. Hunt for Matthew’s killer

The insider said that a woman who met Matthew Perry while in treatment and was a celebrity in her own right was brought in to be questioned.

“They have been on the hunt for Matthew’s killer. She’s a celebrity in her own right, and they met in rehab. They formed an unexpected friendship,” the source added.

Sensing suspicion, law enforcement showed up at the doorstep of the unidentified celebrity. The unidentified celebrity was out working out when they showed up at her sober living house with a search warrant. Tight-Lipped about Matthew’s death

The celebrity’s identity was not disclosed due to the ongoing investigation. However, this female celebrity is adamant that she has nothing to do with Matthew Perry‘s death.

“She’s adamant she had nothing to do with [Perry’s death],” the insider told In Touch. “She’s been tight-lipped about the situation. But the investigators must have known something to get a warrant and turn up like that.”

The unnamed celebrity cooperated fully with the police and was neither handcuffed nor arrested.

“She surrendered everything and was completely cooperative,” the insider added.
