Brian Austin Green has shared his disappointment over Megan Fox’s breakup with Machine Gun Kelly (MGK), citing his “infidelity” as a major factor in the split. Speaking to TMZ on Thursday, December 12, Green revealed that this was the first time he was hearing about the separation, which came as a shock to him.

According to the outlet, Fox decided to end her on-again, off-again relationship with the musician after discovering text messages from him to another woman. Upon hearing the news, Green, who shares three children with Fox, sighed and commented, “How old is he? … He’s in his 30s, isn’t he? … But in your 30s, like, f***. Grow up. Like, she’s pregnant.”

The actor, who was married to Fox from 2010 to 2021, expressed his support for her in light of the situation. “I just want what’s best for her, her unborn baby, and our kids,” Green said, referencing their three children: Noah, 12, Bodhi, 10, and Journey, 8. He also shared his heartbreak, acknowledging that Fox had been excited about moving forward with MGK, only for the relationship to take a painful turn.

While Green stated he was unaware of the specific details surrounding Fox’s breakup with MGK, he called the circumstances “tragic,” expressing sorrow for his ex-wife’s situation. “It’s heartbreaking,” he said, underscoring his concern for Fox’s well-being as she navigates this difficult time.

Media reports suggest that Fox and MGK’s split occurred during a Thanksgiving trip to Colorado. Fox reportedly discovered his suspicious text messages after going through his phone, leading her to end their relationship. A source close to the couple told Page Six that Fox had long struggled with trust issues due to MGK’s past behavior. While she had hoped to rebuild their trust, the actress ultimately decided to part ways.

Fox, who got engaged to MGK in 2022, announced her pregnancy on Instagram in November. In her post, she referenced a previous miscarriage she had experienced with MGK, writing, “Nothing is ever really lost” alongside a picture of herself cradling her baby bump.
