The case is related to extortion of about Rs 200 crore which was extorted by the thug Sukesh from the wife of a Delhi businessman. The complaint was made to the Economic Offences Wing of Delhi to Chandrashekhar and others.

Nora And Sukesh’s Chat Surfaced

Sukesh Chandrashekhar asked Nora Fatehi about the Range Rover car- “Do you like it?” To this Nora replies, “Yeah, it’s a nice rough use car. It’s so cute, it’s a statement car. Sukesh messaged it, “I’ll show you more options.”

In another conversation, Sukesh Chandrashekhar writes to Nora Fatehi, “I would greatly appreciate it if you could talk for a minute. I hope you are not wondering why I gave this gift to you. I want to point out that it was not given for any purpose, but because when you like someone, you give them a gift, just because nothing else.”

In this case, the ED has been summoned many times, and Nora has rejected all the arguments filed in the ED’s charge sheet. According to the chargesheet, colorful mood Sukesh Chandrashekhar had gifted Rs 1 crore cash, a BMW car, and an iPhone to Nora Fatehi. The agency claimed that Chandrashekhar had given Fatehi Rs 75 lakh apart from a BMW car.

The ED has filed a charge sheet in the case of recovery of Rs 200 crore from Delhi’s Tihar Jail. The ED has also recorded Jacqueline’s statement under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act. The Economic Offences Wing of Delhi Police had earlier registered a case against Chandrashekhar for duping former Ranbaxy promoters Shivinder Singh and Malvinder Singh’s wife of Rs 200 crore. After investigation, Khai’s name came to the fore.
