Murali Sharma Won The First Filmfare Award By Becoming The Father Of Allu Arjun; Said, “32 Years Of Dream Fulfilled”

Everyone is convinced of his excellent performance, but when it came to the awards, he remained empty-handed. Murli Sharma is one such artist. In Hindi as well as South Indian films, Murali impressed a lot with his characters and acting, but could never get a film award. Now Murali’s dream has come true from Allu Arjun’s film Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo.

Recently, the 67th Filmfare Awards were organized for South films. In this ceremony, Murali was given the award for Best Supporting Role in Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo. Interestingly, in the film, he played the role of Valmiki, Allu’s father. Murali was highly praised for her performance in this character.

Sharing the joy of receiving the award, Murali said- It has taken 32 years to fulfill this dream. I still can’t believe that this far has come. With all humility I feel very honored. Murali along with Filmfare thanked the film’s director Trivikram Srinivas, Allu Arjun and the producers. He said, “He loved playing the character of Valmiki and it was all because of Trivikram sir.” At the same award ceremony, Allu has been declared the Best Actor (Telugu) for his film Pushpa – The Rise.

Murali has been working in Hindi for a long time in South Indian Cinema. He has played important roles in many hit films in Tamil and Telugu. He has also played a special character in the latest Telugu film Godfather, in which Chiranjeevi is in the lead role, while Salman Khan has made a special appearance. Talking about the upcoming films of the actor, he is working in Yashoda, Sardar and Kolai. There is no information yet about when Yashoda will release. At the same time, Sardar will be released on Diwali 2022.
