The festive season is here. Along with the auspicious Navratri, the festival has started all over the country. The festival is celebrated with much pomp and splendor in most states of India. Celebrities including Shraddha Kapoor, Bhavana Pandey, Alia Bhatt, Kriti Sanon, Abhishek Bachchan, and Anil Kapoor sent Navratri wishes to their fans.

Shraddha Kapoor took to Instagram to share a selfie. She wore a white kurta. She captioned it, “Navratri day 1 – white for purity and innocence.” She used hashtags ‘9 Ratri (nights) 9 Rang (colours).’ Shardiya Navratri is dedicated to the nine forms of Goddess Durga. Nine forms are worshiped during the nine-day festival.

Bollywood stars Alia Bhatt wished her fans through IG story. Kriti Sanon did the same. Mommy-to-be Alia shared a short Dandiya clip. She wrote, “Shubh Navratri (star emoji). Wishing you health, peace and prosperity.” Kriti shared a picture of a goddess. She wrote, “Sending your way good vibes, hope and love, Happy Navratri.”

Bhavana Pandey shared pictures from their Navratri celebrations with her actor-husband Chunky Pandey. She captioned it, ““Happy Navratras. Jai Mata Di. The most auspicious day and way to celebrate your birthday! Missing you Ananya Panday and Rysa Panday.” 

She is seen sitting next to Chunky while praying inside a temple. Moreover, Abhishek Bachchan shared pictures of himself in different colors and wrote, “Wishing you all a very happy and colourful Navratri.”

Anil Kapoor shared a Dandiya scene from the film Tezaab. He wished his fans, “Happy Navratri to one and all! This time of the year always takes me back to this scene from Tezaab conceptualised so beautifully by N Chandra. I’ll never forget how smoothly and effortlessly we shot this entire dandiya scene in one night. One of my favorite memories of this happy festival.”
