The way director Roberto Girault shows off his power and command on camera shows a new side to any artist. It is a challenge that I welcome because that is what I yearn for. The title of this movie ‘Lakshman Lopez’ got me excited’.

The portal quoted director Roberto Girault as saying, ‘When I started reading the script of this film, I started searching for the perfect actor for the character of ‘Lakshman Lopez’ and during that time my immediate mind turned to Nawazuddin Siddiqui. Went. I have seen some of his works and I feel that he will bring the unseen facts of this character to the world by playing this role. As soon as the news of his working in Hollywood came in front of the fans, people expressed their curiosity by congratulating him.

 

Nawazuddin Siddiqui graced the red carpet of the Cannes Film Festival 2022 with his presence on Tuesday. The actor was part of the star-studded Indian delegation led by the Minister of Information and Broadcasting Anurag Thakur. Actors R Madhavan and Kamal Haasan, filmmaker Shekhar Kapur, music composers AR Rahman, Urvashi Rautela, Tamannaah Bhatia among many others attended the opening ceremony of the 75th edition of the Cannes Film Festival.
