Nayanthara is reportedly angry with director Atlee Kumar because he reduced the size of her part in the Shah Rukh Khan film “Jawan”. Every day, Jawan, starring Shah Rukh Khan, breaks new records. Jawan has reached the Rs. 900 crore club just 13 days after its release. With a star-studded cast, Jawan has recently surpassed all of SRK’s previous box office records. However, according to numerous sources, Nayanthara, the movie’s lead actress, is not pleased with the movie’s director, Atlee Kumar.

Nayanthara is reportedly upset with Atlee for chopping off her role

According to a report in Hindustan Times, the lady diva of South Indian cinema, Nayanthara, is very miffed at the way her part was minimised in the movie. According to a source: “She has been very upset with Atlee because her role was chopped in the film. Also, Deepika’s (Padukone) character was elevated, and Nayantara’s part was significantly sidelined.”

In the movie Jawan, Deepika Padukone had a lengthy appearance for which she received no payment at all. The movie, according to the insider, appeared to be an SRK-Deepika movie. The source continued, revealing how Nayanthara is no longer looking to sign up for any upcoming Bollywood projects: “It was not a cameo at all. Jawan was almost made to look like an SRK-Deepika film. Nayanthara is the leading actor down south, and hence, she was not happy with the treatment of Jawan. And that can never well be the reason why we might not see her in a Bollywood project, at least not anytime soon.”

Nayanthara skipped the promotions of ‘Jawan’

Nayanthara did not appear at any Jawan promotional events, and she also opted out of the most recent success meet. Nayanthara, however, does not participate in promotions, according to the source, as the actress has a no-promotion rule for her movies. The actress has avoided participating in any promotional activities as a result of several unpleasant incidents in the past where she was incorrectly cited.

The major character in Jawan wasn’t initially cast with Nayanthara. The film’s producers first approached Samantha, a Tamil actress, for the role of the lead opposite Shah Rukh Khan, but she turned down the invitation. Instead, they turned to Nayanthara. In order to establish a relationship with her then-husband, Naga Chaitanya, Samantha reportedly declined the chance to work with Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan.
