Actress Neena Gupta Called Herself A Chuha When She was asked about people calling her Rebel. In a new interview, Neena said people started calling her “brave” because she gave birth to an illegitimate child. The actress also said she didn’t live her life in her own way, and the actor also joked about her title that would be published after her death.

Neena and former WestIndies cricketer Vivian Richards welcomed Masaba Gupta in 1988 without marriage. Neena and Vivian have lived apart their entire lives. In 2008, Neena married to Vivek Mehra. Neena’s daughter Masaba, who is also an actress and fashion designer, is currently dating actor Satyadeep Mishra.

In an interview with Brut India, Neena said, “I’m not a rebel, I’m Chuha (Rat). I’m not unconventional, I’m the most conventional person right now. Because millions of women in India and beyond are giving birth to illegitimate children. But the media made me say, ‘Oh, she is so brave’. After my death, headlines appear: ‘Neena Gupta who lived her life on her own way  died’ I did not.

Regarding her parents’ reaction to wanting to came into acting, Neena said, “They Were against it. At the time, my mother had a double master’s degree. She despised Hindi films, only went to international film festivals and only saw British films.When I told her that [I want to Act, she died. She was Like ‘No Way’.

Talking Bout Masaba’s year of birth Neena Said, “It was very strange, because I was very happy and very unhappy.” She said she was very lucky to have Masaba, but all the press and everything has made my life miserable.” Nina added that she preferred to leave only good people in her life.
