The controversy between ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ fame television actor Karan Mehra and his wife Nisha Rawal is not seeming to stop. Nisha Rawal has made a new disclosure about Karan and said that he did not even come to meet his son on his birthday. Nisha said in one of her interviews that Karan did not even talk to son Kavish for the last few months nor did he come to meet him. Nisha says that she tried many times to end the distance with Karan, but she was unsuccessful. She says that she does not want any money from Karan. All she want is the custody of their son.

Nisha said that I do not want any alimony from Karan. So far I have spent the journey alone and will continue to do so. She said, “I will take care of myself and my child. Let us tell you that there is a dispute going on between Nisha and Karan for a long time. Nisha had lodged a complaint of assault against Karan at the Goregaon police station on the late night of 31 May. After this the police arrested Karan. However, he was granted bail on June 1.

Nisha had also accused Karan of having an extra-marital affair. At the same time, Karan had also accused Nisha of demanding a huge amount for alimony during the case. Nisha recently said that I have sent a mail to Karan through my lawyer in which it has been clearly said that I do not want any alumni. I just want custody of my son. Kavish will be with me and Karan can come to meet him. However, Karan does not agree with this.

Nisha says that Karan did not even call her son on his birthday. Karan has accused Nisha of being bipolar. Responding to which Nisha has said that I have been diagnosed with bipolar, but I am not mad. She said that when she had a miscarriage in the year 2014 after five months of pregnancy, Karan used to beat her during that time. Because of which she went into depression.

Nisha says what Karan will give her. “We made everything together,” she said. I started earning from a young age and long before “Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata hai” I was supporting him continuously. Karan took my wedding jewellery and whatever else I had. My mom’s property papers are also lying with him. At the same time, Karan has denied all the allegations of Nisha outright. He says that the night when there was a fight between the two, Nisha spat on him.
