“I feel fortunate. We caught it early enough that I had choices. I wish the same for every woman who may confront this challenge one day,” shared the 43-year-old actress on Instagram, along with images and a video documenting her hospital treatment. Olivia disclosed that she underwent a genetic test in February 2023, screening for 90 cancer-related genes, all of which returned negative. Despite this result, her physician opted to assess her Breast Cancer Risk Assessment Score, a decision Olivia credits with saving her life.
