Later when Arjun asked Kanwar to express his feelings for Alice, Kanwar went on his knees to propose to his lady love. The two also announced that their relationship has recently completed one year. They opened up about how they fell in love with each other. Alice shared that Kanwar Dhillon proposed to her one day at lunch. He got food for her and asked if she did be his girlfriend. Following this, the two kissed each other with a Mor Pankh.
